Diana Bayzakova is the Director of the Tashkent International Arbitration Centre (TIAC), Arbitrator and Dispute Resolution Specialis. A Dispute resolution expert in the field of construction, real estate and natural resources with a focus on complex, cross-border disputes pertaining to the MENA and the CIS region. She serves as a partner-in-charge in Merritz law firm overseeing Middle East practice and is a listed arbitrator in several arbitration centres, including Dubai International Arbitration Centre. Her practice focuses on arbitration, energy, real estate and construction law. She has been a guest speaker at conferences, seminars and various business events and has been a lecturer at universities and other educational institutions in the UAE and abroad. Dr Diana Advised, coordinated and strategized complex cross-border litigation proceedings before the courts in the Middle East, CIS, Europe and North America.
