Senior Associate

Reeva is the senior associate at ADR Arbitration Chambers specialises in International Trade law, with a particular emphasis on Arbitration, mediation and construction disputes. She has served as jury member on the Asian International Arbitration Centre.

Reeva’s experiences spans on a variety of strategic and advisory corporate assignments. She regularly advises on global structuring including regulatory capital driven transactions, Corporate structure and entity formation, conducting due diligence exercises, Cross border transactions and advises its clients in the choice of the best corporate structure within the legal framework for investments. She frequently advices start-ups in all their legal aspects both local and international market and has worked as drafting counsel on industry standard documentation.

Additionally, she has demonstrated experience representing corporations in dispute matters, private institutions and other entities. Her strong business development capabilities have contributed to the establishment of strong international networks.

She is an Associate of the chartered Institute of Arbitrators (ACIArb) since 2017.
