We are currently seeking a Electrical Sales Engineer – Industrial UPS & Battery Chargers to join our team in United Arab Emirates.

Role Purpose:
Sales Engineer’s mission is to look after below duties for new and existing accounts in UAE.

  • Increase the sales and profitability of industrial products including Industrial UPS, Battery Charger, Inverter, and customized solutions for power backup systems to new and existing accounts in UAE.
  • Able to manage the entire sales process for the assigned territory, including proper planning, prospecting, resource utilisation, presentation, negotiation, deal closing and follow up.
  • Extremely flexible in developing and implementing business growth and go-to-market plans to promote company products within the assigned market.
  • Must efficiently handle client queries by providing effective solutions to meet their needs and maximize client satisfaction. 

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Represent and increase the sales and profitability for Industrial UPS, Battery Charger, Inverter, and customized solutions for power backup systems to new and existing accounts in UAE region.
  • Creating and implementing a sales development plan in line with the company’s product range and targets.
  • Visiting the existing and new/potential customers and collect information about on-going and up-coming projects.
  • Generating new leads and follow-ups for new Enquiries/Tenders from the customers.
  • Creating a network of companies’ and people from EPCs and End Users who are in critical position and decision-making members of the organization.
  • Making site visits and reading the customer specifications before transmitting the technical specifications and the RFQ of the project to the OEM project team who in charge of costing the solution
  • Submitting the last commercial offer including the total content of technical offer, the project planning, the logistics services, the documentation, the contractual conditions, and the after-sales services.
  • Registration of the OEM brand to the End Users by managing the whole qualification process from start to end.
  • Establishing the sales forecasts (monthly and yearly), reporting the activities and offers for customer follow-up
  • Participate to the acceptance of the project on site along with commissioning team with the representatives of the customers.
  • Reporting the monthly, quarterly sales targets per customer, in order to achieve the agreed budget.
  • Get information about local market and competitors’ actions for the company in order to have proper business planning to increase our sales in the territory.
  • Participate actively in all the trade exhibitions, conferences, and sales meetings.
  • Follow up overdue payments.
  • Ensuring that all the sales targets are met.

Qualifications:

  • Masters/Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • At least 5 years of commercial experience in industrial projects with a network consisting of EPCs and End Users.
  • Results driven, problem solver for various technical and commercial issues.
  • Ability to work with OEM project team which is in another country through emails and phone.
  • Ability to finalize the offers with orders and skills in commercial negotiation with customers.
  • Fluent English required both orally and in writing
  • Computer skills for office work
  • Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
  • Problem Solving and Customer focused.

TECHNOSERVE is looking to hire an experienced IT engineer to lead our company’s IT requirements. He/She will be responsible for designing hardware configurations, installing software, managing network and ERP systems, excellent troubleshooting skills, and can design and maintain a dynamic and stable system to perfectly meet the needs of the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Expert in Designing and installing computer hardware configurations, Installing software’s, networking systems, and high-level software security systems.
  • Diagnosing and fixing hardware, Troubleshooting network and software issues for the company.
  • Able to handle company ERP system.
  • Able to maintain and manage the content of a company’s website.
  • Handle digital marketing area for the company.
    Ensuring security software is kept up to date.
  • Ensure the security of an organization’s IT database by performing backups and updating appropriate security protocols are implemented to secure private information.
  • Oversee the upgrade or modification of existing systems to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Provide technical support to staff within the organization and give training on newly installed hardware and software systems.
  • Developing/Filing monthly reports for the management.

Requirements:

  • Ability to lead and manage the IT department.
  • Master/Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or in a related discipline.
  • Extensive knowledge of computer hardware systems.
  • Familiarity with general Operating systems, programming languages, and Office software.
  • Knowledge of LAN and wireless networks.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex software and hardware issues.
  • Knowledge of database and networking security systems.

  • Manage and organise regular sales visits with potential clients by developing a proper business plan in place that covers sales, revenue, and budget for the organisation.
  • Identifying and establishing new customers and maintaining relationships with existing customers.
  • Introducing the company activities with proper presentations to help clients discover and understand products/services that company can offer.
  • Building relationships with potential customers to understand their Requirements.
  • Serves clients by understanding their needs to offer them suitable products, equipment, & services.
  • Generating new leads and enquiries from the existing and new customers.
  • submitting quotations for customers in a clear, detailed, and accurate manner.
  • Follow up and meeting deadlines for the submission of quotations.
  • Providing and assisting colleagues on technical and engineering issues.
  • Communicating with customers closely to get proper feedback on submitted quotations and to increase our chance of securing orders.
  • Maintain accurate records of target accounts, opportunities, quotes, projects, contacts, and correspondence in company database as per company forms.
  • Make sure to secure clear orders technically & commercially with customers before processing it.
  • Providing pre-sales and post-sales weekly/ monthly reports.
  • Negotiating contracts, terms, and conditions with customers.
  • Reviewing cost and sales performance.
  • Following up payments with customer whenever necessary.
  • Prepares cost estimates by studying all related customer documents, consulting with engineers, and other professional personnel.
  • Supporting other members of the sales team by training them in the uses of products/services.
  • Attending trade exhibitions, conferences, and meetings when required.
  • Ensuring that all the sales targets are met.
Specialist Skills / Technical Knowledge Required for this role:
  • Ensuring that all the sales targets are met.
  • Masters/Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • 3-5 years of UAE work experience as sales engineer in Pumps & Valves.
  • Experience in industrial field is an asset.
  • Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
  • Strong technical mindset and able to read and interpret technical data and translate to others.
  • Product knowledge and Product development.
  • Strong Verbal communication and Problem-solving skills.
